Many people demonstrated in the streets because people were not satisfied with the retirement system because they want a retreat at 60 years old and not at 62 years old but the law will be voted in November 2010 for people to work up to 62.There were numerous demonstrations in every French city during many weeks. A lot of high schools were disturbed by the strike and some teenagers refused to go in class because they were concerned by this for their future. During several weeks, a lot of people did not work to show their discontent.
