Great Britain

There were 58 000 000 inhabitants in Great Britain in 2006. And there were 252 34 hab/km².
The surface of Great Britain is 229 850 km². 1,3 % is water. 25 % is cultivated land. 46% is unexploited land. 12% is forest.
In Great Britain, people talk English. The pound sterling is the British currency.
The capital is London.
Some famous monuments are The Tate Modern, the Tate Britain, the National Gallery, the British Museum, the Victoria and Albert Museum, the National Portrait Gallery, the City in London, the Tower Bridge, the Millennium wheel and Westminster Palace.
