Calogero

 

 

My favourite star is the French singer Calogero. He is 46 and he was born in Echirolles, near Grenoble in France. He is a musician, a singer and he writes his own songs. When he was younger he sang with his brothers in a group called "Les Charts". He also composed songs for many other singers. Calogero plays the bass, but also the piano and the guitar. He likes the Beatles and Paul McCartney, one of the best bass players in the world! He won many musical rewards like : NRJ Music Awards, Victoire de la musique (for the song "Un jour au mauvais endroit" about the double murder in his natal city, Echirolles, in 2012), Grand prix de l'UNAC, Prix radio France and best album of the year from the radio RTL, etc.
