The French presidential election of 2012 is the 10th
presidential election of the 5th Republic. It allows to elect a president for
five years. The votes take place on April 22nd and May 6th, 2012. This year,
François Hollande and Nicolas Sarkozy, both candidates, were selected in the
first ballot, they are going to participate in the second ballot of the
elections.
