All you need to know about candies

The first candy was created in the 12th century in Europe.

A candy is a confectionery perfumed with different flavours.

Candies are sold loose or packed in plastic bags (individually or not).

Candy is a global market and represents a reward for children.

The ingredients that are often in candies are :
* SUGAR
* GELATIN
* STARCH
*COLORANTS

These ingredients are more present in industrial candies but they can be found in traditional candies too.
