The "Fondues"

 

Do you know what the “fondues” ("fondues" means "melted") are? 

It’s a very good dish, we have different types of “fondues” :

·         Fondue Savoyarde which is my favorite fondue!

We dip pieces of bread into melted cheese mixed with some white wine

 

·         Fondue Bourguignonne is a tasty fondue too

We dip pieces of beef into boiling oil.

There are other fondues but I’ve never tasted them:

·         Fondue Vigneronne

We dip pieces of different meat into boiling red wine with spices

 

·         Chinese Fondue

We dip different meat or vegetables in a hot broth

 

I would like you to try the fondues and love them.
